We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Baker to join our team and help craft our signature doughnuts in Rugby, CV21

Shift:

Sunday to Thursday — 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM

Perfect for night owls who enjoy quiet, focused evening work.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, mix, and bake doughnuts to perfection

• Operate kitchen equipment safely—including ovens

• Maintain consistent quality and presentation

• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Baking or pastry experience preferred

• Ideally, experience working with ovens or not afraid to learn and use them confidently

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and efficient

• Comfortable working evening/overnight shifts
