We’re seeking a skilled Banqueting Chef de Partie experienced in delivering high-quality cuisine at volume — without compromising on detail or presentation.
You’ll need:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or events kitchen
• Strong background in high-volume food production
• Confidence with batch cooking & high-cover plating
• Excellent organisation and mise en place under time pressure
• A calm, collaborative approach during large events
•Must be able to drive due to location
