About the role:
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll work with a talented brigade preparing a diverse range of dishes — from robata-grilled meats to fresh pasta, salads and speciality global flavours. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen delivering exceptional dining experiences to discerning guests.
You’ll need:
• Solid experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel kitchen
• Strong classical culinary skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work clean, fast and reliably under pressure
