The purpose of this role is to ensure that products are in the “right place at the right time”!

Duties:

·       Develop critical paths aligned with key dates, collaborating with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.

·       Managing purchase and sales orders for factories and customers.

·       Analysing customer sales data to identity trends and potential issues.

·       Planning orders and containers for efficient shipping and stock replenishment.

·       Overseeing UK stock through a third-party warehouse and coordinating with import partners.

·       Maintaining internal databases, managing customer labelling, and arranging deliveries.

·       Creating product line sheets to ensure factory compliance with customer specifications.

·       Negotiating dates, order quantities and providing with factories and customers.

·       Supporting the Account Managers and Head of Merchandising in budget planning.

Minimum Requirements:

·       GCSE’s.

·       Own transport (rural area).

·       Experience in merchandising, ideally in homeware.

·       Full MS Office.
