We’re seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie with a strong background in high-end hospitality or fine dining.
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong classical & modern patisserie skills
• Confident with chocolate work, sugar work & fine detail
• Experience with plated desserts, afternoon tea & artisan breads
• A passion for precision, quality and presentation
•Must be able to drive due to location
