Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently

• Using hand tools as required

• Assemble and package products according to quality standards

• Perform routine quality checks and report any issues promptly

• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace

• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

• Adapt to changing production needs and shifts as required

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours

• The workplace temperature varies with the seasons — it can be colder in winter and warm or hot in summer, so suitable clothing is recommended.
