Position: Senior Industrial Consultant

Location: Bedford

Salary: £27k - £30k, plus uncapped bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 4.30 PM

Your Role:

• Business Development – Build client relationships & secure new business

• Candidate Sourcing – Headhunt, screen & place top talent

• End-to-End Recruitment – Manage interviews, offers & negotiations

• Sales & Targets – Achieve KPIs & drive revenue

• Proven experience in 360 recruitment or sales

• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
