James is planning a Quacking Good Day......

James Hunter in our Corby branch is part of the 1st Welland Valley Scout Group who have just been moved from Northamptonshire to Leicestershire.

Due to the move, the Scout Group have lost a lot of their funding and so James has organised an event this Sunday with his troop to help raise funds.

Quest Employment are sponsoring the Duck Race to help support James' worthy charity. 

Come along on Sunday 23rd August and have some good, old-fashioned family fun at Medbourne Village Hall from 11am. 

There will be a variety of things to do, including:

An exotic BBQ with Kangaroo, Ostrich, Impala, and normal meats, with accompanying insect crisps!!

Cream Teas and Homemade Cake

Tombola’s and Raffles

Bouncy Castles and Face Painting for the Children

Bushcraft Zone including Fire Making and Basket Weaving

Duck Racing

Langton Brewery Beer Tent

Live Music from Two Bands
