Quest Employment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded hospitality venue based in Radlett. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join a dedicated kitchen team in a fresh food environment.

Due to the venue’s location, candidates must be able to drive and have access to their own transport.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section and supporting the senior kitchen team in delivering consistently high-quality dishes. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef looking to develop their skills in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and running your designated section

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard

• Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards

• Assisting with stock control and minimising waste

• Supporting junior members of the kitchen team

• Ensuring consistency and quality across service

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up

• Passionate about fresh food and quality ingredients

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen

• Reliable, punctual and professional

• Must drive due to location
