Your Role:

•Prepare and deliver delicious dishes from the room service and lounge menus

•Contribute to working lunches and conference catering, ensuring high quality and consistency

•Collaborate with a dynamic kitchen team and build skills through mentorship from senior chefs

•Support across departments, including banqueting and fine dining, as required

•Maintain high food hygiene and presentation standards
