Office Administrator

The purpose of this role is to support the Office Manager with all office administration activities.
Duties:
· Processing of customers orders, providing acknowledgements, re – scheduling information and relevant information.
· General liaison and communication with customers.
· Updating all customers on their deliveries and any issues affecting delivery.
· Hold conference calls with customers.
· General liaison with other departments to ascertain dispatch information.
· Create dispatch paperwork and arrange transport for goods outwards.
· Sales invoicing.
· Sales processing.
· Purchase order processing.
· Expedite purchase deliveries.
· Ensure all operations are within ISO/IAT requirement (health and safety).
· Creating new parts within the manufacturing system (Factory Master).
· Assisting in creating procedures.
· Relief switchboard / reception.
· MS Office.
Minimum Requirements:
· GCSEs.
· 2 Years working experience working as an Office Administrator with a manufacturing background.
· Factory Master.
· Full MS Office.
· Darwin.
