Regional Manager

📍Location: Weston Super Mare, Birmingham (x2)
💼Type: Permanent
💰Salary: up to £40 000.00 p/a (DOE), plus commission, plus company vehicle
⏰Start Date: As soon as possible
The purpose of these roles is to ensure that the operations teams are supported and mentored to provide consistent and productive relationships with their customers, whilst retaining existing business.
Take responsibility for budgets and compliance and ensuring information is communicated and details are reported back up the business.
Working closely with office team and operations coordinator to ensure cohesion between operations and all office functions.
Duties:
· Management support both physically on site and with administration/office duties.
· Ensuring quality audits are completed on time and face to face with clients.
· Contract budget awareness and rectification of incorrect/overspend of budgets.
· Providing a clear line of communication between the operations teams and the office function.
· Dealing with customer queries and complaints and seeking resolutions to site issues to prevent terminations.
· Managing HR cases to prevent legal action, costs, and potential bad press for the brand.
· Supporting sales with presentations and site visits.
· Completing KPI reports for key clients.
· Ensuring sites are compliant and safety certification is in place.
· Strategic planning for new contract mobilisations.
· Recruitment and resource provision.
Qualifications:
· GCSEs.
· Formal cleaning qualification.
· Health and safety qualification / IOSH or equivalent.

· Confident with mathematical matters.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Pragmatic.
· Problem solving skills.
· Being able to work under pressure and on multiple projects simultaneously.
· Collaborative approach.
· Professional judgement and discretion.
