Shifts / Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am-3.45pm and Friday 7am-12.45pm

Job Description:

Quest Employment are recruiting a manufacturing operative for our client based in ST4. This role will include machine operation, mixing and various other manufacturing roles including loading and setting the kilns. 

Duties

• Responsible for loading and unloading the kiln correctly and evenly
• Setting and running the kilns
• To report any malfunctions.
• To recognise faults created
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed
• Ensure working environment is clean and safe at all times
• Operating other machines as and when required

Skills

• Previous experience required in a similar role
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to tasks.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate teamwork.

Shift: Monday to Thursday 7am - 3.45pm / Fridays 7am - 12.45pm

Shift work also required (6-2, 2-10, 10-6) when covering the kilns which will include a premium rate. 

Pay: £12.29-£14.96 per hour
