Job Description:

We're seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives/ PPT Drivers who thrive in a fast-paced environment to help efficiently fulfil customer orders.

Role: Warehouse Operative/ PPT Driver

Location: Wellingborough

Shift: Monday – Friday/ 9am-5pm

Payrate: £11.50-£11.85 p/h

Responsibilities:

• Use hand scanners to accurately locate and pick items from designated shelves or bins.
• Pack selected items securely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage during transit.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily order targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Assist in inventory management by reporting discrepancies and participating in regular stock checks.
• Unload Containers and organise stock onto pallets.
• Label deliveries and control incoming stock.
• Use a PPT to move and relocate stock.

Qualifications:

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable using handheld scanning devices or willing to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods.
• Previous picking and packing experience is required.
• Able to complete set targets but department supervisor.
• Valid PPT Licence
