My role is to head up the internal recruitment within Quest by identifying new talent to enable the growth of the individual branch teams and the business itself. I complete all new starter inductions, welcome emails/packs and assessments which gives everyone joining our business a warm welcome. I ensure the day you start that the first 8 weeks are mapped out for you to include training, inductions and a structure integration into the company.

We have some of the best tools in the industry including a newly introduced CRM system. Many of the current senior staff are home grown from within. We’re genuinely an exciting company to work for.
