Shift Pattern: Night shifts

Overview
We’re looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join a busy retail environment in Bridport. This role focuses on ensuring shelves are fully stocked, well-organised, and ready for customers each morning. It’s a great opportunity for someone who’s comfortable working overnight and enjoys a physical, fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities

Replenish stock across all departments during night hours
Ensure all products are neatly presented, rotated correctly, and in line with store standards
Maintain a clean, tidy working area and follow all safety procedures
Assist with unloading deliveries and organising stock in the storeroom
Work as part of a team to meet nightly targets and deadlines
Provide occasional customer assistance if required during late-opening hours

Requirements

Ability to work night shifts reliably
Good level of physical fitness (lifting, bending, and standing required)
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high presentation standards
Ability to work independently and within a team
Previous retail or stock-handling experience beneficial but not essential
