Production Operative – Banbury
£12.21 per hour
Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 4:00pm
Temp to Perm

We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business in Banbury. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out day-to-day production tasks on the factory floor.
Handle, move and process materials, including working around glass.
Perform manual handling and heavy lifting safely and correctly.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
Work to production targets and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Adapt to changing duties as production increases across the summer.
Be flexible with working hours as they may change with production demand.

Requirements:

Comfortable with heavy lifting and repetitive manual handling.
Confident working around glass and fragile materials.
Good attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous production or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential.

Location: Banbury
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm (flexibility required)
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
