Overview
We’re seeking dependable and proactive individuals to support stock replenishment operations in a busy retail setting in Havant. This role focuses on keeping shelves well-stocked, tidy, and customer-ready throughout the day. Ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on role and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Replenish stock on the shop floor during day hours

• Ensure products are presented neatly, rotated correctly, and aligned with store standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in work areas

• Assist with deliveries and storeroom organisation

• Meet daily targets and collaborate effectively with team members

• Offer excellent customer service when approached on the shop floor

Requirements

• Availability for consistent day-shift work

• Good physical fitness (lifting, bending, and standing involved)

• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous retail or stock-handling experience is a bonus but not required
